Body Back Challenge #4

 

Ok… so nearly a month it’s gone since I started…

There is not much noticeable change in these pics in comparison to those of last week. Perhaps I look a bit slimmer sideways. And here is how I started.

I had a shock with the scale though… it went up to 69.2 k!!

However if you check my measurements… my belly button has gone from 89 to 83 in a month!! And my waist has gone 5cm down too. And my hips and calves have gone down like 2-3cm as well. I must be building some heavy abs and different muscles so here is to me and a non-scale victory.

I’m also pleased to inform I managed to close them up!! But it was difficult and even if it doesn’t show in this profile picture… I still have some interesting side muffing tops I have to tackle before wearing them feeling comfortable in them.

Since I haven’t skated at all this month…. I have increased a bit this week the amount of exercise I do on a daily basis to keep the slimming journey at the pace I want. From Sunday I’ve been doing 20 mins per day instead of 7. Like the workout below.

And that’s all about it for the month of January!!

I can’t guarantee much progress from here to next week as I have a weekend immersion student at home and that may imply eating out and having pizza on movie night…. so I doubt I’ll stay that strong! I may just have to increase the workout to 1 hour each day next week instead!! ;D

Sharing the process from beginning to end it’s part of my fear-LESS goals... whilst being consistent at scheduling it and allocating it a time in my agenda and actually getting to follow through is also part of my biggest goal ever… which is to be able to be organized and to be in control of everything that into my life and my agenda.

When it comes to my business I want to show people losing weight and achieving your goals is actually possible, I’ve done it before I’ll do it again… this time around… I’ll be documenting it all… so I can link them to it when they come to me hoping to get results. I will also be able to tell how much it took this time around and what exercises I was doing and what I was eating.

So far so good I’m not refraining on food much. I’m just adding daily workouts.
